"SkillLift", "we", "us" or "our" refers to SkillLift Education. "You" or "the User" refers to anyone using our site or enrolled in a course, including anyone enrolling on behalf of another person.

3. Our Services

SkillLift provides online and hybrid courses, including personal coaching and live small-group classes, across areas such as crypto trading, language learning, digital marketing, and design. Courses are subject to availability and may be updated, rescheduled, or discontinued at our discretion.

4. Enrolment and Payment

Full payment is required to confirm enrolment unless a split-payment arrangement has been agreed with our team. Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout or on the invoice. Class schedules for personal coaching are arranged around your availability; group classes follow the published timetable.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Course fees are generally non-refundable once a course has started, regardless of completion. Registrations cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for a refund, though you may be able to change which course you're enrolled in — please contact us to discuss your situation.

6. Your Account and Conduct

• You're responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You agree not to use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the site.
• You agree not to harass, abuse, or attempt to defraud us or other learners.
• You agree not to upload viruses or attempt to interfere with the site's security.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, text, graphics, and branding on this site belong to SkillLift Education or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use course materials for your personal learning only — they may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

8. Site Availability

We aim to keep the site and our learning platform available at all times, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses caused by downtime, maintenance, or technical issues outside our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillLift Education is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our courses. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will first be handled through informal discussion between you and SkillLift before any formal proceedings are considered.
